What is it?

It is a cloud-based web visitor management system that allows you to control the entry and exit of monitored properties and facilities: companies, residences, hotels, resorts, country clubs, among others.

The Senex system, being based on the cloud and being in real time, can be used from any device with an internet connection; linking hosts directly with the security team. It also eliminates outdated paper records, storage space, and expensive hardware or purchasing additional devices or tools. Hosts manage their own guest list in real time and receive automatic visitor arrival notifications, providing more accurate visitor tracking.

Implementation

Senex offers a simple to use interface for both residents and security officers, allowing it to be used with almost no learning curve. The design allows for easy implementation and intuitive use.

The application is available on Apple and Play Store in Spanish and English languages.
